A recommendation: visit the Forest Museum in Bošnjaci, take a photo beside the mammoth made of hay in Mohovo and visit the adrenaline park in Cerna. Take a walk along the wide streets (‘šorovi’), turn the pedals thorough fields and forests, along the river embankments and rediscover yourself. This is a stress free zone, ideal for a weekend trip. Urban

The heart of the town, the soul of a small place, the most beautiful in rural and urban, such are the towns of Srijem and Slavonia. In Vinkovci, enjoy a coffee on the Korzo, bird sculptures of the world famous artist Divna Merhav along the Bosut, visit the Vinkovci Municipal Museum with the oldest Indo-European Orion calendar. In Vukovar, visit the City Museum in the Eltz Castle, take a look at the city from the Water Tower, observe the street art and take a walk along the Danube and further through the baroque centre and take a rest sipping a Vukovar beer. In Županja, there is the old border house, Otok Suvara, a horse-powered mill. In Ilok, there are the most beautiful views of the historic royal town above the Danube, the Old Cellars from the 15^th and 18^th centuries, the Odescalchi Castle and the St. John Capistran Church. Peace and quiet – what else would you need?!
