Srijem and Slavonia – A Paradise for Gourmets

It is easy for them, you could think, when they have the top quality meat of the black pig or sturgeon, carp and catfish just caught in the rivers, the golden valley full of fruits so that it only takes a walk from the ‘garden’ to the kitchen. The homemade and naturally grown will always be recognisable in the pot, in the pan or in the smokehouse. The best chefs will confirm this and therefore they order products from the local family farms in Srijem and Slavonia.
